After purchasing a humidor off of their website, the humidor I received was not as described. The description said it came with 2 lower dividers, but only one was in it. After contacting them they just said their supplier changed and basically I was out of luck. I requested another divider as advertised and was told it was not possible. Yet they were about to send one when they thought the other divider was missing. Pretty sad they won't stand by their word.
