Bad Customer Service

I like the doctor. I ordered my glasses from Ellen. Because my insurance paid for a lot of my bill. I ordered an expensive pair of frames and the lenses with all the bells an whistles. The prescription was not correct. I went back several times. Ellen usually kept me waiting, and when she did talk to me, She made me feel like it was me not the prescription. I ended up going to a very cheep place where the doctor looked at the glasses and said the prescription was not correct for my eyes. I went back to Visionworks and told the doctor this. She discovered the order for the lenses was put in incorrectly. They corrected them. I don't feel good about my glasses. I put a lot of money out and had to fight to get what I paid to do. It wasn't a good experience. If you have a problem by-pass the help and go directly to the doctor.

Don't go here

I had an eye exam four months ago - had to redo the eye exam and have been back there 5-6 times now and still don't have glasses or contacts. The office staff is rude and doesn't communicate w/ each other. The doctors just told me that my eyesight would never be perfect and I almost believed them until I made them give me another eye exam and my vision was corrected by a different doctor. If you are thinking about trying out this place - don't waste your time or money!!! Trust me!!!

I wasn't very well informed.

I went there to get an eye exam for glass thinking it would be cheaper then contacts. Overall, not only did I end up paying more then I would've for contacts but I had to go back 3 times because my lens kept cracking and on the third time she told me that they might charge me again! That's after already spending 250 bucks there and having the hassle of bringing them in and looking stupid with cracks in my lens. I have had glasses since I was 12 and never had this problem until I went there.
