I've used this place in the past, but will NEVER return. I went in to get some Canadian passport photos done, but walked out when the owner told me to f-off (honestly!) when I tried to politely make sure she'd done what I needed.



Here's the scenario.

-She claimed she's done Canadian passport photos for 15 years, yet forgot to put a necessary stamp on the back of the image. Had I not noticed that, my passport application would have been rejected.

-A little nervous now, but still being polite (I am Canadian after all), I asked if she was familiar with the new guidelines that the Canadian government had issued for passport photos a few months ago. "They didn't notify me," she replied, (I guess in addition to being rude, she's delusional in that she thinks that a foreign government will track down some tiny shop in northern Colorado.)

-I then took out my phone to pull up the new guidelines so we could make sure we had what we needed, and she looked over my head at her coworker and started rolling her eyes. When I said I really didn't need to be treated like that, she said, "Well, f--- you."



There are a lot of photographers in town, and no one deserves to be treated like this, especially by a business that is so clearly incompetent they can't remember to put a simple stamp on a photo.
