I make a high quality handmade heating bag. They are made out of millet seed rather than traditional rice or corn. Millet is a nice soft seed that holds heat for several hours. Royal Heating Bags last several years with constant use as long as it isn't over cooked or roughly handled. Millet seed doesn't overcook as easily as other fillers, and doesn't have a strong odor when heated. You can even put a few drops of essential oils on the bag cover for a relaxing experience. The millet is inside a cotton bag which is placed into a removable cover that can be washed. They can be kept in freezer to use when injured or for headaches. When heated in the microwave they are great to use on sore necks, backs, joints, ect. I have had several customers use them for cramps too. On a cold day I like to heat them up and put in my jacket to walk my son to school! All Bags come with one inner premium cotton bag filled with high quality millet seed. Queen/King, Princess/Prince, and Small Bags come with one removable cover. Removable covers can be washed in warm water and air dry or put in dryer on low heat when needed. Removable covers close with high quality Velcro. Hand warmers do not have removable covers. Do not get inner bags wet. Can buy cover alone without inner bag. When heating, only heat in 30 seconds to one minute increments until desired heat is achieved and learned. Put on a clean dinner plate then in Microwave. Glass, ceramic, or paper plates work best. Do not heat on racks. Do not use on foreheads with fever, heating bags can retain heat from fever and cause overheating.
