Ram's Crossing West doesn't even deserve one star, but YP requires you to fill in that field.



I was a tenant at Ram's Crossing West and at times it could be a nightmare. It would take over 2 weeks to make a simple repair. When it came time to move out, they did the walk through ahead of schedule and consequently without me because "they mixed up my walk through with another tennant's" and tried to bill me imediately after the walk through for not returning the keys (even though I gave them the keys when I arrived at the right time for the walk through) and for damages in the apartment, without checking our inspection checklist we completed prior to moving in.



Even though they said we had everything sorted out after checking the checklist and after I turned in the keys I just got a bill stating that they took all $250 of my security deposit plus we owed another $20. The items we were billed for: Keys not returned (we turned them in), replace blinds and stovepan (we wrote down on the checklist that they were damaged.

Don't do business with them, they make their money based on employees not doing their jobs properly.
