A few weeks ago a gentlemen named Lou came to my house. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had the part we needed right on his truck and was able to fix our leaking GE dishwasher right away! We really appreciated that Quick Appliance was able to get us in the same day we called, it saved our wood floors. Next time I have any type of problem with any of my appliances they will be the first and only company I call. Thanks Quick!

Last summer Quick Appliance replaced the tube/pipe for my refrigerator ice maker/water dispenser. This morning I found water all over my wooden kitchen floor I called Quick appliance to schedule an emergency call. They said the soonest they could come out is tomorrow. I explained water was flooding my floor, and that they should stand behind their service. The dispatcher said she would check and get back to me. A few minutes later, a man called and said I was past their one year warranty so not their problem. He was exceptionally rude. They don't stand behind their work!!!
