I’ve never done this before, but my experience was so poor with Peak Property Management (PPM) that I figured my only recourse was to review them and share my experience. I wasn't a tenant nor renter, I owned a property and had to move out of the state fairly quickly. At first PPM was fine to deal with. But under their watch a multitude problems came up. I won't go into great detail, but the lawn died and service requests from the tenant were not completed in a timely fashion. Both me (owner) and tenant had an awful experience with PPM.
