This company seems to have great potential and I had high hopes that my move-out cleaning would be done well, but unfortunately my landlord found that there were still many dirty surfaces and had to hire additional cleaners. This of course was subtracted from my deposit. (He sent photos, which I can share if there is interest.) I contacted Brittany and she insisted that she had done a good job. She refused to refund any of the money I paid. I had even given her a tip in advance, trusting that she would do good work. I suggest that if you hire this company, you give a written list of specifically what you need done, including such things as: dust the ledges, throw away any trash that is remaining, clean the inside of the dishwasher seal, use real glasstop cleaner to shine the range, etc.

Great personality and excellent customer service. Everything was clean and right on time. I highly recommend their services to anyone.
