The Christmas bouquet delivered to my elderly mother was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for being so helpful to a long-distance customer. I will certainly use Palmer Florist again…and again…and again!

I ordered a "designer" bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day from PaulWood Florist in Fort Collins, CO which is now owned by Palmer Flowers. Iplaced the order 3 days before Valentine's day and paid $125.00 for thebouquet plus an additional $23 for delivery. I told the florist when Iplaced the order that I work from home so they could deliver anytimeduring the day but that I wanted to be sure I had the flowers before mywife got home from work. At 4pm on Valentine's Day no bouquet, calledthe shop and at first they had difficulty finding my order then theyassured me my order was out for delivery. At 5pm no bouquet so I calledthe shop back again and spoke to a different woman and again she haddifficulty finding my order but once she found it she assured me myorder was "on it's way" and offered her "sincere apology" for the delay.At 5:30 my wife got home from work and still no bouquet, at 6pm nobouquet, at 7 pm no bouquet, finally at 7:45pm the "designer" bouquetshowed up. The condition of the flowers was poor with most drooping andsome damaged. When my wife saw the bouquet her first comment was "Well,it's a nice little garden of flowers". Not the reaction I was hopingfor from a "designer" Valentine's Day bouquet and I am sure some of herlack of enthusiasm was because delivery was so late as well as thebouquet being something you would give your grandmother for her 80thbirthday not your wife on Valentine's Day. Apparently the florists atPaul Wood\Palmer Flowers don't get the point of Valentine's Day... Savetime, money and aggravation and use a different florist.

We realized the day before the big surprise 50th wedding anniversary that no one had ordered flower arrangements for the center pieces. We called Palmer Flowers who I have used many times for work. We spoke with Michelle and not only did she take the panic out of our very panicky situation. She had the most beautiful center pieces waiting for us the very next day.The center pieces were truly one of the most unique and beautiful I have ever seen.This was my first store visit and everyone I came in to contact with was a sweet and knowledgeable as Michelle. Their customer service is impeccable. Not to mention the shop itself is so put together it makes you want to buy one of everything that is there. What a variety of flowers!I would not hesitate to use them again for any occasion. Thank you Palmer flowers and staff!

Palmer Flowers has never let me down. Their arrangements are the best I have ever seen and no one in Fort Collins (or Denver for that matter) even compare to them. Not only do they have the most beautiful flowers but their customer service is top notch and it is obvious that the customers are their #1 priority. I am 100% ok with spending a few extra dollars for the quality and service. I have tried other flower shops and only get let down. I will always be a loyal customer to Palmer Flowers. I wish they would open one in Denver!!!! :) Thanks Palmer Flowers for only improving your quality over the past 30+ years and maintaing your customer service. You ROCK!!!!

I can't believe one more flower shop is SOLD to Palmer Flower's ,,,, How many does that make now?? I guess I'll have to be getting my flowers at Walmart....

I would not recommend this flow shop, as there delivery charges are very high. There is just a good of flower shops with free delivery.
