In Kentucky each county can vote whether to allow the sale of alcohol. It's called a "local" option." I live in one of Kentucky's "dry" counties. I discovered New Belgium's Fat Tire while in Colorado on a business trip. I liked it so much that when I returned to KY I memorialized my experience in verse:

When I die take me to Fort Collins
The town that's mecca for beer
They drink Fat Tire by the gallons
While I long for a drop of it here

When in time my soul is liberated
From this dry county of my birth
Have my body prepped and intubated
Then borne to beer's Zion on earth

Prop me by up by the bandstand
But though I may look like a Rube
Don't put a Bud Light in my hand
Pour a Fat Tire in my tube
