We have been so happy working with Mountain-n-Plains and their team. They have made the move in process easy and smooth, and I love the easy payment set up. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

First of all, we called before we left in early May to ask if we needed to get rid of the mini fridge we had brought or if it could get some use from somebody at the office. We were told to leave it so we did. We were then charged $90 to remove it. When we moved in the blinds were broken, so we reported it. They proceeded to charge us to fix them when they had already been broken before we got there. On top of that we were charged to change the locks. We moved back to California in May and sent the keys back in July receiving a conformation call from this company that they had received our keys. Why we were charged I don't know. The apartment we lived in was no more than 550 square feet. I do not care where you live it does not cost 250$ to clean a 550 sq.ft. apartment. We deep cleaned the house before we left, and took pictures which we sent to them (they were date stamped). They accused us of returning, and leaving it a mess (how does that make sense). I would not recommend to anyone

MNP is THE best in NO. CO

These guys are outstanding! They are the best for renters and owners.I have used MNP for 5 years and have had nothing but continued positive experiences and enjoyed totally professional treatment. They know their business well. They have a comprehensive lease arrangement to protect both renters and owners ... yes read it before you rent. I certainly would not want to rent without understanding a lease, and it is a good one. No one wants to move into a dirty rental, and even if you think you've spent time cleaning it, MNP has a standard of excellence, designed to ensure the next renter gets the best possible start. It's about quality not effort.MNP is possibly the best real estate management group in Northern Colorado.Rent with confidence ...

Not a good leasing company!

We were looking for a simple house that would allow our pets. First off, they told us day by day what papers we needed and what was wrong with the ones we had sent. So after 2 weeks or so of back and forth printing/scanning and emailing, we got all the papers done. After that, it took them over a full week to get back to us and ask us for more papers, signed by an accredited vet. They got that final piece of paper, and took another week to finally answer "no" without giving any viable reason other than our pets, although the house was said to "accept pets with a refundable $300/pet deposit".We then decided to go to another leasing company, and less than 2 weeks after our first contact, and only a few pages of paperwork, we got a house. Not only did we have to pay for notary fees for all of us, we had to pay for a vet visit to get their paper. For nothing.A true waste of time and money. Their places may be nice, but they are the worst people I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!
