I will have to say that the staff was kind until you can no longer make it to appointments. Several things happened at once. My family moved out of town, my work hours changed to 8am-5pm and my daughter started to have major issues with the treatment that Dr Thole was providing to her. She would cry after treatments and could not sleep at night. Her family doctor requested we stop doing chiropractic treatments. I could no longer request to leave early for work or take a longer lunch break for treatments. I would have to leave work almost 2 hours early to get my daughter from home (she is home schooled) and then drive back to Fort Collins for treatments. My boss was not having it any longer. We sent a letter to Dr Thole and Angel requesting our contracts to be voided. They denied it. So of course, we stopped paying and they sent us to collections. We were no longer treated with care and respect when we could no longer make the treatments. I have never been so hurt in my life. I would never treat anyone like this, I would always show care, support and consideration to people I do business with. That is what they said they represent, but we found otherwise. We so wanted this to help our daughter, we so wanted this to work for everyone, but life happened and our daughter needed different treatment. However, when it came to Lifeworks not getting they're monthly $500, they turned into mean, unfriendly people. Please, please take heed when signing a contract with Lifeworks. Dr. Thole does very good work, but sometimes it just doesn't work for some people or life happens. I wish they would had considered that.
