My axel housing on my Jeep wrangler needed to be replaced as well as a tire and wheel. At first they would not be able to get me in for 3 months but an opening came up and they got me in within a month and a half (this is typical for all the shops in the area right now so I was glad they could get me in sooner). They called a couple weeks before my scheduled drop off date to confirm. The drop off was smooth and my car was ready to be picked up after 7 days of being with them. This shop is not directly linked to the insurance (State Farm) but this shop has worked with that insurance and knew what would be needed so the process was smooth. The shop was in direct contact with the insurance which is great because it relieves stress from me. When I picked up my car, the shop had done a light cleaning on the inside (which looked amazing as my dog is always with me getting my car dirty!) and washed the outside of the car. This was above and beyond and I would definitely go to this shop with future work.

Excellent from the first phone call to pick up of my vehicle. The work is outstanding and I appreciate the communication every step of the way. They go above and beyond and that has not been my experience at any other body shop. I was stressed from having to deal with this and they just made it so easy. Would definitely use again should I ever need to.

Service was great for front bumper repair after fender bender. Steph and C.J. knew their stuff and made the process with insurance and repair stress-free. I added a service of cleaning front headlight covers at a fair price and my old Subaru came out looking fine!

I am very happy with the repair on my car. It looks good as new and functions just as well as it used to. They were very helpful with insurance and communicated very well with scheduling and such.

We got rear ended during a weekend trip and needed a place to restore our rear bumper. FC Collision Repair gave us a quick estimate and was able to schedule us in a reasonable timeframe. They delivered as promised - replaced the bumper perfectly within the expected time. They also went the additional mile to return our car clean and washed! Very happy with FC Collision Repair - highly recommended!

A minor rear bumper mishap with my Audi. Local dealer service rep highly recommended I take it to Fort Collins Collision Repair. I'm so glad I took that recommendation, and I'm sure you will, too. A fair price (I paid out of pocket) was quoted and honored per the estimate, SUV was completed exactly on time in 5 days, and I can't tell the difference with their expert paint matching for my 5 year old vehicle. Unfortunately, we had a minor fender bender that resulted in significant body damage to our truck. We got several estimates and decided to go with Fort Collins Collision Repair. The front desk crew was very friendly, courteous, and responsive. The estimator was knowledgeable and thorough yet the actual estimate was conducted very efficiently so we didn't have to wait around for a long period. The work was done in less time and slightly less cost than the original estimate and our truck looks like brand new! Highly recommend!!

I recently caused damage to my gorgeous 2011 Yukon. Josh and the entire crew at Fort Collins Collision Repair made the repairs and it once again is gorgeous. And they worked directly with the insurance company. A very easy process for me.

I had damage to the headlight and fender on my 2008 Yukon. I got an estimate within minutes of stopping by the shop. They handled the insurance so it was hassle free, on my part anyway. The work done was Fantastic! So was the staff, they all treated me like an old friend. You don't find that type of service much anymore.
