I have been going to this restaurant since 1971. I enjoy the food.. Been eatin there 3 generations of their family. I always feel welcome there and treat like a friend or family

My wife and I went to El burrito for the first time ever. We had one beer each as we had chips and salsa, the salsa tastes like tomato sauce with no flavor! I ordered the enchilada dinner and my wife had the taco's.

As we both took our first bite it was TERRIBLE! The beans were crusty, rice was cold, and the enchilada had cold hardened cheese! We felt bad for the waitress cause she was nice so I told her we had an emergency and had to go. Just could not tell her how bad it was. And it was 43 dollars WOW

As we left I threw up and an hour and a half later my wife is pale and throwing up with other stuff!! She called El Burrito to tell them how bad the food was and that she is sick. Asked for the manager her name was Connie and told her what is going on, Connie told her there is no way we have been in business for 50 years and you are making a mistake. Connie then hung up on my wife!

I got pissed and called back to talk with Connie. She answers with saying there is no way you must have eaten somewhere befor hand cause we don't make mistakes. As I told her why we really left she got made, and told me " are you sure you did not come from New Belgium and a little drunk"!!!!

All I can say is terrible manager and actions need to be taken. Also I am originally from Texas and that is the worst Mexican food I have ever had. Fast food Mexican at Taco Bell is better.

I do not recommend this place and Connie I am not drunk how dare you accuse me of that.

I grew up eating weekly at El Burrito and all the food is wonderful... it doesn't get much better than this... YUMMO!

closest to my grandmas mexican food ive ever had.. wont find tex mex at this place.. just delicious been open for like 40 years gotta be doing something right. i get the #4 smothered.. just like heaven.!! love love love

This is a great place to go if you want to dine in or take out. The food is great and the prices are right.
