Let me Begin by saying that this company Robs its tenants of their Deposits with Bogus "Cleaning Fees" etc. We rented a 700 sq ft apartment from them and they were at first very friendly and seemingly helpful. That is how they reel you in with false kindness. It doesn't matter if you are the perfect tenant, in the end they will take all of your deposit and threaten you with their Attorney if you don't pay them. We were great tenants and now we are in the process of possibly taking this to court. Please do your self a favor avoid these people at all costs.

renting from Drake Manor Management was a very disappointing experience. Very unresponsive and unhelpful. I would steer clear of renting from them or using them to manage your property. Still trying to get my deposit back, 90+ days now...

We relocated from out of state with Drake Manor, so we weren't able to see the home before we actually arrived to move-in. We didn't know what to expect, but were thrilled to find a spotlessly clean and very nice home. We needed a couple of minor repairs that they took car of right away and the handy man was knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend this company if you're looking for clean, quality housing. The office staff is wonderful!

I rented from this company and was extremely disappointed in how both the property and the people (myself & roommate) were treated. Harrassing instead of helping, belitting instead of befriending. As a homeowner I would not suggest using this company to manage your property. As a tenant, I would highly, highly suggest not renting from this company no matter how nice the property. If you are a current tennant and are having trouble, I suggest you do what I did and find out who actually owns the home you live in and contact them directly. In my experience, homeowners (if the property isn't owned by the management company) are very willing to help. I have rented in this community for 11 years and have dealt with 6 (a few large & a few small) property management companies and unfortunately this company was by far my least favorite. Good Luck.

They don't seem to care about their tenants. Calls are ignored, and hopefully the tenant knows how to fix things on their own. And if you're lucky enough to get them to come over, they'll over-charge you for the things that they fix, change or clean. They do have a great employee named Lynette who I would hire at my own business but unfortunately she's the only one who seems to care.

We lived in one of their rentals for 6 months and took good care of the house, we left it in better shape than what we got it in. They took $1200. of our deposts for "repairs" when we moved out. We tried reconciling with them but they would not talk to us. I wouldn't rent from this company again, they are a major rip off!
