price point's are great. as ar the labels. BUT the personel so disapointing! Gossip about clientel as they leave store. calling them B word A-holes. Truly disturbing! And if their is a problem with theft. I would rather have a sales person. ask me if if I am looking for something in particular. ( I was) Than lurk around corners. If they weren't gossiping about clients. They were complaining about their job. made the whole shopping experience miserable.

THIS STORE IS GREAT. YOU CAN MAKE MONEY ON THINGS YOU AREN'T WEARING ANYMORE AND THEY TRY TO KEEP IT ALL VERY CURRENT AND IN EXCELLENT SHAPE -- NOT JUST A THRIFT SHOP! VERY NICE AND HELPFUL STAFF! YOU CAN FIND SOME AMAZING DEALS AND DESIGNER TOO.

I wouldn't even give clothes mentor one thumbs up. Don't even waste your time trying to sell your items to this store. They quote you 20 min to look through the items and you will be their an hour +. All the employees are snobs. They have requests up on the door for maternity clothes and then you bring them in, and they offer you pennies on the dollar if they even accept anything. I had current styles in good condition some only worn once. Funny they wouldn't accept the items I brought in after seeing the out of date styles they had on the rack. Your better off putting you clothes on craigs list. Also, don't even attempt to bring children in the store with you. The minute you walk in they suggest you bring the kids next door to Once Upon A Child. You can buy new clothes cheaper than what they charge for some of the used items they have. Overall, bad experience and will never come back.
