The person I spoke to at the main store was helpful and referred me to someone else. The person he referred to me acted as though he'd rather be doing anything else but talk to me. I assume they are not accredited and do not have proper insurance as they told me their service pros are not allowed to go inside people's houses! I have never heard of this "policy" before in the appliance industry. The person I talked to wouldn't even give me his name, that alone tells me they are shady, shady, shady.

Great Service, fair pricing, honest people- I have used them more then once and have been satisfied everytime.

I will never use Choice Appliance. Al (the owner) was short with me on the phone, he was rude to me, and he did not care one bit about me as a customer. If he would have been courteous or civil, he would not have lost my business. I cannot believe that the man has been in business for 20 years. Fixing appliances may be his true calling in life, but running a business is something that he is going to have to work at in order to be successful. Very disappointing... The only reason I gave one star is because the Yellow Pages review won't let me submit my comment without one.
