Paid for a deluxe $10 touchless car wash, folder my mirrors in to be safe and while the car was getting suds'd up, heard a screeching noise and felt my car move slighty but couldn't see anything as all windows were covered in soap. Forgot to look as I left, but saw the damage yesterday when I went to open the back. SHOCKED. Going down the hatch of my SUV is a 4-5 in gouge that chewed through the paint (to the metal) of my 2016 SUV and skid marks of where something else hit in the process. Have left 2 messages for owner with no return calls. Will be taking to small claims court if not resolved.

Best car wash in town! The self serve bays are great for washing my truck. Prices are comparable to other washes in town and the pre-soak selection works great in the winter.

This place is terrible! I went there once to wash my trailer and it is expensive and the equipment is crummy. So I went back today to throw some things away in their trash cans and use the vacuums because it's snowing so I didn't need a wash. A guy with a mustache working on the wash equipment (I'm guessing the owner) started yelling at me asking what I was doing. I told him I was cleaning out my car and he asked if I was going to wash it. I looked at the snow coming down and said "no." He asked why and I said because it was snowing. He said I couldn't use his trash cans unless I washed my car and he stormed away. I couldn't believe it. I was not going to give him my business and pay to vacuum after that. I will never go back there to even throw my trash away to make it look like he's getting business. I'll go 2 blocks away to Firehouse Xpress...cheaper washes and free vacuums and trash cans!
I usually take my car to the Carriage Corner Carwash on Automation Way in FoCo, for vacuuming and cleaning since I work right down the street. I was going out of town, and needed to clean the trash out of my car before I left, so I pulled next to the vacuum and started cleaning out my trash - I'm talking a couple receipts, a Starbucks cup, it took me one minute. I noticed that two men were watching me do this from one of the bays - and it was very uncomfortable and creepy. When I got in my car to leave, one of the guys slowly walked in front of my car, hands in his pocket, staring at me and deliberately blocked me from leaving the parking lot. I almost started to call 911 - I was scared. He came up to my window and said - "we expect you to use the vacuums if you are putting trash in the trash cans." WOW! I shouldn't have responded, but said “I normally do, but don't have time this morning, but I will gladly take my business elsewhere.” Super scary the way he blocked my car and wouldn’t let me drive by. Won't ever go there again - just on the creepiness factor, and will be sharing this friends and co-workers. It is just a trash can right?
This car wash had excellent customer service. The change machine ate my five dollar bill and did not give me change. The nice freindly employee asked me if he could help me and got my quateres in change for a five dollar bill.
