I rented a truck and a car dolly. Had to wait while the dolly was removed from the truck so I could take it and load. Came back for the two-wheel dolly and attached. I was NEVER told that I could not back up with this car dolly...NEVER. Had I known that I would have changed to a different dolly. Ended up getting stuck in a small town in Colorado on my way to Arizona. Could not back up as the car dolly kept jack knifing. Unbelievable!! Had to finally gun the truck and ended up hitting my car in order to get the truck and car out of the mud. Side note, would have been good had someone said if there were problems to call Budget roadside assistance. Since I had never taken a trip of 1000 miles towing a car I had no idea what my options were. As a result I now have $3000 worth of damage on my car which will probably be totaled by my insurance company as being beyond economical repair. Idiots!!! Should have told me about the dolly!! No excuses!
