I was a patient at Alpha ENT at first with Sean's father Robert, who was a great doctor. He referred me to his son who is a cochlear implant surgeon. I have an implant from the Univ. of PA Hospital. I had the exact expected outcome for an implant recipient. Sean was quite surprised at how well I do with my implant, because apparently his patients don't do well. I have a very poor health and was let go by my employer on disability. In addition to total deafness, I have severe asthma and Meniere's Disease, all three severe conditions fall within his specialty and his father had been treating me for them. When it came time for Sean to write my disability review, he said I was not disabled and I temporarily lost my income. Before you go assuming this is sour grapes, know this. I wrote my own appeal and won. The insurance company sided with me and my extant medical records over the egregious and irresponsible opinion of this unscrupulous so-called doctor, Sean Conlon. The reason he did this was because his father was on probation with the CO medical board, not because he was a bad doctor, but because he recommends supplements. Sean decided to ingratiate himself to the insurance companies, since they were the ones who brought the complaint against his father. Avoid this self interested, horror of a human being at all costs.

I'm so thankful for Dr. Conlon and his staff. They are very professional,efficient, caring, and friendly. I have a fear of needles and they are able to me feel relaxed and not stressed about the tests and getting my shots, Thanks to the allergy shots I'm able to enjoy having a dog again!

Initial dealing with staff and doctor were pleasant, however the amount due at the time after the appointment exceeded the quoted amount given to me over the phone by 50%. I strongly suggest finding another ENT, as I have dealt with ENT doctors all over that nation for the last 26 years and have never seen this kind excessive charge for service.
