I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I hired them. They were hired for numerous jobs on my house. I was away so I didn't know they were doing such horrible work. My sister was here while they did it and had the same complaint others had. They will not return my calls to come fix all the damage and the immensely bad job they did with both the roof and dry walling. I'm going to start efforts to hold them accountable. Albatross had 8 complains not include me filed on BBB.org in past three years.It was terrible.i wish I read that before I hired him.but anyway I had Albatross roofing do my roof on Jun 13th. Corey Ross (owner) sent two guys to fix. He took money and left. Two guys do it on their own about 1 hour. The second day after they did the work. It was raining, and the roof still leak. I called and text Ross many times but no response. A week later, he sent a message said he would fix the problem ASAP once he had finished the other jobs. So I just waited 10 days while my room was turning to swimming pool. On the 11th day, I called him again, he blocked me. I can't make a phone call using my number unless I use some other phone. Since then they never reply me or text me. took money and walked away. How can he do business like that.
