Awesome customer service. You have a problem? They will get it taken care of in a matter of no time. Employees are very nice and concerning to your problems! Prices no one can beat!

I had this company for 2 months and they didn't pick up 4 times. I canceled them for a new service..and these people have the nerve to keep sending me a bill.

WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DONT CHO0SE THEM!

Would leave less than one star if able to. Continual bad service and lack of actual PICK UP; excuses range from the common "New Driver" and "The weather" when the weather is NOT bad. Constant phone calls and refusals to give credit for services charged for and not provided. Claim it is the same volume of trash but in reality we have had to haul the trash to the dump by ourselves. Why are we paying for the "service" if none is provided? And we also pay extra for by the house pick up which means that the extra trash is now by the house; gotten into by every creature and stray cat out there. Because of this house now has been sprayed by feral cats---not what we had in mind. Time wasted picking up scattered trash. Find another service!!!!

A skirting has been absolutely horrible sense spring of 2015. Multiple occasions of our trash not getting picked up for two weeks, not able to reach anybody by phone, when I do reach somebody by phone I am assured the trash will get picked up and it is not, multiple and return messages. I would NOT use this company!

I have to say that up until June 2015 we have been extremely satisfied with Ace carting but couldn't be unhappier since! our trash NEVER gets picked up on time anymore! We live on a 55 MPH road and big trucks blow our cans into the culvert again and again. We have called multiple times as well as our neighbors and sit on hold a good half hour at a time. When we do get through, we get a bunch of bogus excuses. The one we here the most is "new driver". Most of the so called customer service people are rude and unapologetic. I officially hate ace carting and will now try another company! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Garbage sat for 2 weeks the last half of June in the hot sun, finally picked up 7/3. I cancelled services 3 times in July three emails and one phone call (actually got someone to answer have called many times and listened to music they never pick up the calls)and still got a bill for August. REALLY. They didn't even do a pickup for July (the one mentioned above was for June) and were paid and now want another payment!! Service is awful!!!!! No customer service at all!!!

This past season/winter they have maneuvered the pick up days due to weather conditions. I understand this. On two occasions this month however they have neglected to pick up our trash at all. Calls have been placed with no return calls back. Today,3/19/15 we got to speak to someone in the office. Once again we have informed them of the missed pick ups. They informed us we can put the excess outside for the following week. We requested a CREDIT for the missed weeks. " Oh we don't issue credits"...Hmm, I pay you for a service and follow your guidelines for pick ups..Your now giving me a attitude? I will file a complaint.

We have been with this company for 11 years. It has changed hands several times. Now it is Ace Carting. Last week, they failed to pick up our trash on the usual Thursday pickup. We called their office on Friday. After being told that they have had the same driver for 20 years and he wouldn't forget to pick up anyone's trash (basically calling us liars, saying we had not put our trash out on time), we were told that the earliest they could get a driver out to us was Tuesday (today). We called them yesterday to confirm that they would be picking up our trash today, and I also sent an email (which never got a response. Here it is, Tuesday, and no trash pickup. We called again today to complain, and we're told "we don't know who you spoke to, but all of our drivers are in Saratoga today, and we have you listed as a Thursday pickup with extra trash." Which, by the way, will add a charge to our bill. We also demanded a credit for last week, and we're told they don't do that because the same amount of trash will be processed. These people are horrible to deal with. If you're looking for a good, customer service friendly, trash company, do not use Ace Carting!

Great pricing and service. They far outperform Casella and Waste Management. Also, exceptional customer service, I have never had any trouble working with this company.

Customer service is unresponsive. Rude trash collectors and lack of any follow up in the main office. I would not suggest doing business with them.
