Provided by YPmobileThe worst experience in shipping that I have ever experienced. The young girl that accepted my package was an idiot! Very rude and spoke little English. She was the last person to see the package. It was a gift card and some old family photos. Sent this to my brother to buy Christmas for his kids. Here we are 6 weeks later. The package was never picked up at that store. I gotta say, I wonder if she stole the card. Now they won't help at all. I'm out $500 and my brother never received the help that we sent him. They refuse to accept any responsibility. Beware! Use Fedex!
