Took a comforter and mattress cover along with other pieces of clothing. The mattress cover was nowhere to be found and had been "left off the truck" several times. After several pick-up attempts, they said they would deliver it to my house. Still no cover. no return phone call and I plan to dispute the bill.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any alterations. I was told my BRAND NEW pants would be ready in 3 days. Over a week later, they called to tell me my pants were ready. I go in to pick them up, and my brand new white pants had a rust-colored stain on the hem! They left strings hanging off, they had liner hanging longer than the hem of the pants!!! Who does alterations like that! I refused to take them until they were properly altered. They were returned almost 2 weeks later, the stain ALMOST gone, the hem fixed, but still wrinkled. And they expected me to pay full price. I offered to pay half price, but when I got the owner, Seth, on the phone he refused to deal with me. He told me to take my pants and leave and then promptly hung up on me. Not only was it bad customer service, it was shotty work. When I pay for a service, I expect there to be some standards as to how the work is done. Don't tell me it will be 3 days and then give me no reason why they aren't ready on time. This was my first and last experience with this place, and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't make the same mistake.
