Great dentist and staff! My family has been going to Eastern Dental for many years, and recently, my 10 year old had to have a cavity filled..first one ever, so he was nervous. Dr. Dubman was so gentle with him and made his experience so comfortable, and when we left my son told me that "it was no big deal"! Love Dr. Dubman and his staff!!

I thought the staff was very professional and pleasant. I was signed up very quickly and the insurance provided was easy and reasonable. I thought the Doctor was a nice guy and was up front and truthful, also the place was very clean. I give them 5 starts for all that. I didn’t like that the patient’s chairs were all in one room separated by class enclosures like cubicles with very little privacy. The Hygienist I thought did a half a$$ job cleaning my teeth because she wanted me to return for 2 “Deep Cleanings” costing me $266 X 2, other then that everything was very good.

I have been a patient of this practice for about 4 years now and I have to say I really notice a change in their demeanor this past year.I am not working and I still have insurance but it's not the best.I had a partially broken tooth in the back and they suggested it come out and I get a bridge.My Insurance doesn't cover bridge work and quite frankly if you take out a tooth without getting a replacement or bridge it can loosen your teeth on that side.I already go for scaling with them because I have peridontal Disease so that's the last thing I wanted.To make a long story short I saw 2 Doctors.

Once they found out I was only getting a cavity filled

they barely spoke to me.Rather they joked with each other,in my presence ,about how they could "Spackle" my tooth .I asked the Doctor who filled my cavity about if an instument they were using was new and he told me no but said "Although

considering what your mouth looks like you probably haven't seen one of these before".Keep in mind I go to them religiously twice a year.The Girls in the office are always nice though,the hygenist is

great,very friendly and personable.Perhaps the women in the office could hold a manners class for these Dentists.Not going back though!!

This is the far worst dentist office I have went to. I had to get a root canal. The tooth was the second tooth in the back of my mouth. I have BCBS HDC plan A. I have to get referrals to go out of the office. I asked to get a referral to go to an endodontist. They would not let me go. I had to stay there they said. I got the root canal there. It took 2 hrs to get done. One week later the tooth broke in half. I went back in office. I was with the director. He said I had to get a gum lining. It would cost me. He also said a dishwasher breaks and that is not free. JERK



I went to another dentist for their opioion and he said I have to pull the tooth. I switched dentist and got a dentist office that is willing to send me to an endodontist.
