Dr Bell rocks! The staff is extra courteous and kind, nice to see people actually working hard and enjoying customer service. Very helpful for ongoing care after procedures. Top notch care, don't let anyone tell you a retail optometry cannnot be that good. This one is good, even great!

You say all Target's are the same? Then you haven't been to the one in Forest Lake. EXCEPTIONALLY clean, and organized. I always find what I need, and the staff goes above and beyond to help the customer.
