We needed a trailer to move to our new office and Ruddy's was so helpful. They suggested what trailer we needed for the move but also talking into the appropriate trailer for our vehicle. They were so good to work with and were very affordable. Thank You!

Rented a car dolly 7 23 16 to tow car with broken lower ball joint and flopping wheel. Just moved over this direction of town and had to make new resources for this area for my mobile business. Could not get car up on to dolly with floor jack so went back to the store. This took an hour because we broke the joint on 61 by fairview hospital. Towing that car would have taken three hours and she knows this. The tow would have been 7 miles from the car to home and then unload it and come back in their four hours would have been about three hours at the most and they still would have had the dolly back in time to rent it again. They have 4 dollys and 2 don't work, that means they don't fix their equipment very well. A good place would be on top of broken equipment failures. She said "we have no way of knowing if you towed something." I said "are you that serious to think it only took an hour."? I said "you seriously aren't giving me my money back" she said "no."
This car is 10 minutes down the road from them. On way back from there to car with dolly I stopped at O'Reillys on Broadway to get the ball joint because it was ordered there not the store on 61. Could not tow car and went back to their store fast. It was an hour and they would not refund money. at the same time I was there, the guy with me was going to rent two jack hammers and after no refund, he said no way is he going to do business there and he was there before. we have friends in construction that have rented there before and we will be passing the word. they are not user friendly just care about profit and not customers. the customer standing at the counter shook his head that they wouldn't give me the $45.85 back. $45.85 back and one happy customer. she was stupid and I would have gone back there again to rent a dolly for my future usage but I will go to the other guy up the road now. What pissed me off the most was I didn't have anymore cash and i had to go to roseville now to get money out of the bank to hire a tow truck with a lift for $200.00 and had to be there by noon and this was cutting it close. fifty bucks lady thats all.
warning, you don't want to rent here when a woman is that greedy over $45.00 and a customer. she screwed up.
I had emailed from their website the night before asking for them to call me asap so i can find out if they had a dolly and guess what? nobody called and this situation was drastic because it was sitting on 61 from the night before.
You lost two customers over $45.00 and i am hoping people read these reviews and go to the other guys in town.
