They use to be good but not anymore.bring your dog somewhere else. Can't change to 1 star or less. Don't bring your dog here.

Unprofessional, lack of communication skills, rotten customer service and does not return phone calls.If you love your pet....skip this place.

WOULD NOT choose this place, brought my dog in for what was to be a simple nail trim, had to lift my dog over the gate cause they did not want to move a dog that was on the ground right infront of the gate. (whatever) So I let them know my dog goes crazy when he see'sme, I walked outside so they can get the job done. I come back in , dog still on the tail, let them know they need to hold him by the body leash, WELL, they end up dropping my dog on the ground on his side, they were more concerned of the other dog still laying on the ground then my dog, all I got was light giggles, sorry, still lifting my dog over the gate that does open and that's it. AWEFUL EXPERIENCE. LET ALONE ATTITUDE. NEVER GO BACK HERE

I went to my usual groomer that I had been going to for years with my little 3# yorkie, Jeffery looked like he hadn't even had a haircut, and what was cut was very uneven. I made my comments and she said I dd the best I could. I brought him to Ma and Pas was very satisfied and would truly recommend this groomer to friend. I wanted a cute little puppy cut cuz Jeffery is so tiny he looks adorable with the puppy cut. short face very detailed. Excellent Job,,thanks ladies

After numerous phone calls with the typical questions, I decided to give MA & Paws a try. The girls made me feel comfortable before I walked in the door and I cannot say enough about how great our golden retriever looked. My family was in "awe" when Wally came home!!! I had a previous groomer for many years for our other golden, whom retired, so it was hard to venture out for a new groomer. I would recommend MA & Paws to everyone - they really care not only for your pet's needs, but your needs, as well!!!! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Keep up the great work, girls!!!

We have taken our chocolate lab to Ma and Paws three times and have been completely satisfied each time. The ladies there do an amazing job and I'd recommend anyone to go there, no matter what breed animal you have. The staff is flexible with your schedule and every other animal I've seen leave there is beautiful. Thank you, ladies, for a job well done!

I have been consistently happy with the service and the grooms that I have recieved. I have a yorkie (ella) and a shih tzu (daisy) that I take their and they always look great. I have tried other groomers in town and my yorkie came back looking like a chiwawa; completley shaved bald. I have used both marie and andrea and they exceded my expectations. I got a yorkie because I like the way they are supposed to look. Same with Daisy (my shih tzu). The shop looks like a high end hair salon and my dogs are playing with toys or laying on the dog bed when I come to pick them up. Im very happy I found them and I hope they stick around forever.
