Provided by YP.comNEGATIVE STARS ! I traded in my 2014 Flex for a 2015 Explorer Sport ( both bought at Sunrise Ford Fontana) I had purchased the extended warranties on the Flex. When I signed the purchase agreement on the Explorer I was the one who told the finance manager, Juan Arrellano, that I should be getting a pro-rated refund on the warranties from the Flex. It's been two months and I have not received money back. When I called one time he told me 4 to 6 weeks. It's been 2 months and now Juan Arrellano does not return my phone calls. This morning when I called Ford Extended Care (ESP) in regards to the refund due on my warranties when I traded in my Flex I was told that Sunrise Ford Fontana was electronically sent my refund on May 28, 2015. The finance manager, Juan Arrellano flat out lied to me on at least two occasions telling me that once Sunrise was MAILED a check then Sunrise would forward the check to me. There is/was no physical check. And only two of the three warranties I purchased had been canceled. If I had not called Extended Care myself I'd still be waiting for a phone call from the finance manager, Juan Arrellano as well as 2 unreturned messages that I left for one of the owners, James Bruncati, who did not return my phone calls either.

Provided by YPmobilePoor customer service. Ready to buy for a local business, could not even cofirm what inventory was onsite. Several issues, but lost a customer. Need to take lessons from Nissan fleet dept in Ontario.
