Property is dirty. Management is never in the office and she lives on the premises. It takes months before they fix any issues in the unit. They're first priority is to renovate the vacant units so they can raise the rent by $200 and that doesn't include utilities. There's no central air and water pipes are old. I don't recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
