THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP HERE ON PLANET EARTH

Just as I thought, If they would cheat me on the keys, there is nothing they wouldn't cheat me on.

1. The salesman failed to disclose the vehicle only had one key and it's $350.00 for another key.

2. Jermaine Brooks, lied several times, when he stated over and over that I had to agree to arbitration.

3. I told Paul, the Service Manger, not to wash the car, then they washed the car.

4. Leon Danayan, was caught displaying negative behaviors with his dirty looks.

5. They told me the part was in, when the part wasn't in.

6. Rick Del Rosario, tried to intimidate and manipulate me with his unscrupulous behavior.

7. They didn't have the common decency to apologize for wasting my time driving a 100 miles.

8. Paul Hayley, the service manager, failed to be professional when he refused to return my call.

9. Now, when I drive my car the dash rattles because they did not install the lens correctly.

I take my car in to be fixed and I am told lie after lie, disrespected, insulted, and rather than fixing the car, they damage it. So, I leave with my car in worse shape than when I arrived. What a joke. I wouldn't let these people put air in bicycle tire.

Truly, the employees at Fontana Nissan have not been fair and honest and they have failed miserably to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

They have constantly failed to meet the minimum requirement of a human being - it's called common decency. They have proven time after time, they absolutely have no standards and cannot be trusted.

This place is completely dysfunctional and totally unprofessional.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! ! ! !

I went to look at some prices today and thankfully daniel was there to answer ALL of my questions. he was knowledgable, understanding, and listen to what i wanted in a car instead of him trying to sell me an expensive one. i would recommended anyone to go see daniel..

I'm pretty upfront and hard to please but this is the first time I've purchased a car without having buyer's remorse. I really did get a great deal and I'm happy with the outcome. Marlon- my favorite! He goes above and beyond and treats you more like a friend than a commission check. Barry- makes it happen, Mike- an owner that is genuinely concerned about his customers AND he always remembers me and the car I purchased some years ago. There are a few people at the dealership that I am less than pleased with, but these 3 guys make up for it.

After the purchase of my truck, Omar helped me in Parts Department to buy accessories in my Frontier at a great deal with Braulio. Thank you again for your help. I would recommended Omar and Braulio in Parts Department!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Experience at Fontana Nissan went so well!!! This was my first time purchasing any vehicle and I must say the Customer Service was GREAT!! Daniel M was a great Sales Consultant helped me and my mother look at the used cars we had in mind and definitely answered all the questions we had. Would recommend this dealership 100%. Great experience at this dealer! The person who helped me was Eddie, he made sure to make me feel comfortable and most importantly..I didnt feel pressured at all to make a purchase at any time. Most dealers and salesmen usually try to rush you so they can see if your wasting their time or not..but Eddie didnt make me feel that way at all. If I actually had the money to buy a car I would have done it the same day. Unfortunatley that wasnt the case..but they have exceptional service! Great experience at this dealer!

I visited Fontana Nissan in search of a new or used SUV to replace my current vehicle and was helped my Josh Mallett. He was very nice and extremely helpful. I didn't feel pressured to purchase same day and have not purchased a vehicle yet but when I do, I plan on seeking out Josh to help me again.
