Provided by YP.comHorrible dog grooming and very expensive! Uneven hair cut. Ad read 17,99 but when I arrived they told me I read the ad wrong and its 17.99 for just the face of the dog. Had to pay 40.00 for a cut that was the worst on our new puppy!

Provided by YP.comTook our dog in to be groomed. Maybe a quarter of the dogs hair was cut & what was cut was so uneven. Not at all what we requested. Got the call he was done, got there 5 minutes after the call & the one who groomed him was conveniently gone. Guess the 'Salon Manager' knew what a lousy job she did so did not want to live up to it. Called later & spoke with her to complain. Told a gift card would be sent. 4 wks later no gift card. So not only is she a poor groomer but apparently a liar too!
If you are looking for a professional grooming, PetSmart is the place to stay away from! Not only poor grooming but expensive! Took our dog to a professional groomer, where that is all they do - $15 cheaper & the dog looks fantastic!
