After setting up a rental 6 weeks ahead of time, I was told last minute that I was out of the delivery area. The douche manager could care less that his incompetent staff isn't trained in the basics. Stay clear of this business.

The salesperson made a mistake when telling me some information, and several weeks later when I was looking for my order I discovered that the information was incorrect. Instead of providing good customer service by saying sorry for the miscommunication and this is the right information the manager was put on the phone. The manager proceeded to tell me that I am lying and he was standing right there during the sale. Keep in mind the only present people in the store during the sale was myself and the sales person whom kept calling the manager for help with the sale. The manager continued to insist I'm mistaken and was rude in his tone. I then asked to cancel my order because I didn't want to do business with people who treat customers like that. I was then rudely directed to the Regional director. The issue has not been resolved yet, Hopefully it will be a favorable outcome. My advice is beware. If you value good customer service, I would not recommend this place.
