I had vent care come to my house for a vet cleaning job, on account of my clothes wasn't drying them.. He came,stay about 45 minutes and said it was all clear... After he left I tried to the dryer out and it still didn't dry the clothing. . I then called in a appliance man who replaced a unit for $ 365.00. Nice job,but dryer still didn't work properly. Called him back out and he found no problems withe the dryer. He said he suspected it was still the vent causing it. Called up Vent care again and left a message that I still had dryer problems and needed help. No return call. Called him again with the same message, sill no return call a third time and told him he could at lest gave me a curtsy call . Nothing, Out $100. .. The person I was dealing with is Greg and I do believe he owns Vent Care
