Provided by YP.comSaid they had the item in stock. When I arrived, they said they cannot find it. Later I find out that the product they were going to give me cost them $1 more. Sent me to completely another store to pick up their product just so they can save a buck.
I had other experiences where they did do a good job at serving the customer, just not this time.
