Fabulous bakery and Cafe in Old Town Folsom. The perfect place to stop during or after a bike ride. They have a great selection of cakes and pastries to order by the slice or whole. I've eaten lunch here a number of times as well and usually order their salad sampler. The salmon pasta salad is especially good.

Food is good- great place for lunch with the family or meeting up with friends. Fresh and creative menu. Pastries look delicious!

I have been here for breakfast and lunch and have never had a bad meal. The food is excellent and fresh. The breakfast burrito with pesto is to die for! The housemade granola is mouthwatering! The Mexican wedding cookie is my favorite!
The only down fall is it is so busy during peak hours daily that the line out the door is a bummer and common, but the food is honestly worth it!

Everyone loves Karen's they have great food and it's a great location just off the American River Bike trail for a quick snack
