Native of Toronto , Canada. Completed Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto where he also graduated from Medical school. He is Board certified by the American Board of Urology. After internship he did a residency in Pediatric surgery and then also in Urology. He followed this with a Fellowship in Pediatric reconstructive Urology in Liverpool England. Dr. Freedman moved to the USA in 2000 (New York State) following 6 years of practice in Victoria, British Columbia. In 2004 he moved to Sonora California where he had a thriving practice for the next 15 years, providing urological care to the 4 surrounding counties. He was then invited to join Dr Javid Javidan and Mercy Hospital Folsom to open a Urology practice in Folsom. The office on East Bidwell Street opened September of 2020 under the name of Advanced Urology. The pillars of the practice are SERVICE, COMPASSION, and STATE of the ART care.
