Overpriced and cheap quality of gold and diamond. Regret buying from them.

They are extra nice when you go to spend $2000 worth of money but when you want to exchange some she shows her true color. Seems like they do not value customer and not interested to retain loyal customers. I had a very bad experience with the sales lady who was extra nice during the time of purchase but when we went to exchange she made us over pay.

The employees are amazing. They are never pitch a sell and get pushy on you. They want you to take your time and buy something that you will love. The assistant manager told me "Don't leave unless you love it and want to weat it everyday", and that made me really happy and trusted them. They would also let me try anything on that I wanted with out getting upset. They made it fun and exciting. I will be back there to buy the rest of my jewelry.
