Similar to the conversation we had before on this matter, we, at Summer Breeze Salon, strive for overall customer satisfaction with each and every client that visits our salon. We are very upset that one of our clients was dissatisfied with her outcome, but throughout the entire process, our stylist did communicate the specifics and only did what the client said she wanted. Please also understand that we can't do what you refused to allow us to do after the clear consultation. As always, your business is appreciated at our salon.

Worst hair service ever! I have been to this salon before for a hair color. I wasn't happy with the result, my hair came out so dry and they said they used organic brand which even worse than the regular ones. So this time my friend got me a gift certificate from this place so i came back for a single hair color, i didnt want a touch up bc i wanted my hair to be 1 solid color. After the service, my hair came out exactly the same when i walked in, the roots still darker than my ends, the original color on my ends didn't change a bit. I knew the organic formula here would dry out my hair like last time so I added deep conditioning treatment but it still came out so dry. So i asked them to fix it, they said they were gonna bleach my roots which is the least thing i would do for my hair, but i got no choice, i agreed to do it. My hair ended up to 2 colors again, this time my roots are lighter than the ends. Have no words to say! If my friend didn't give me a gift certificate from this place i would never wanna go back. Paying over $100 to get 2 colors and damaged hair. Never been worst!
