We had our pool built by Key West in 2017. We encountered several issues with Customer Service while using their services. The owner is aggressive and is always in a rush. We were never taught how to maintain our pool and were left to figure this out on our own. When we opened our pool in 2018, we hired Key West. The owner and his worker spent approximately 30 minutes at our home to open the pool. We were left to add chemicals that weren’t at the correct levels and clean the pool. We also were having issues with the pump/filter and were unsure how to address the problem. Upon reaching out to the owner, Pete, we were told to “Google the issue.” I made several attempts to contact him because we couldn’t get the pump to perform properly and I was finally told by his wife that “Pete doesn’t sit around all day like you do.” We also had friends who used their services and encountered similar reactions from his wife. We will never use this service again nor recommend them to anyone.
