So regret for using this law firm. All of his paralegals have bad attitudes and just plain nasty. They are lazy and liars. Never call back promptly, always lie about the status of your file because they do not want to work. The paralegals bounce your calls to each other so they can avoid answering your questions. Both attorney and paralegals refuse to explain and answer your questions. They feel like you don't need to know because they think they are better than you. That is a waste of their time to explain things to you. Probably feel that your file/case is not big enough for them to pay too much attention to you. Its very insulting to a client when your attorney and paralegals (which you pay them) talk to you with a nasty attitude and do not feel like they are obligated to assist/work with you. Definitely avoid using this law firm.
