What a great first time visit!! NOT!!! My appointment was at 8:00, I arrive 15 minutes early since I was a new client. I noticed street lights were out. So, since I'm stupid, I guess, when I got there, I missed the party - teenagers hanging out in waiting room, 2 adults chatting away and they announce: "we have now power"....REALLY???duh! So I asked if we needed to manually check-in, they said no, we're closing for the day! They called 5 minutes before I got there and I WAS DRIVING!!! So I left, went to Petsmart, who immediately took us in! I went back as I had another errand in the area, maybe 15 minutes later....guess what? THEY WERE OPEN!!! HAHA LOST A NEW CUSTOMER AND I WON'T BE BACK!
