I called the exchange over the weekend and spoke with my nurse Kelly Carey. I have gone to this office for over 2 years. So I was actually relieved when she called back. I asked Kelly if she could call my pharmacy for EC. She told me that calling them was not an option and if I wanted it, then I needed to pay out of pocket. Although my insurance covers it. I pleaded with her that waiting until the office opened on Monday was really my last option because obviously time is of the essence. Not only was she rude and unkind but when she was done talking, she HUNG UP! It broke my heart. After reading the mission statement, I think Kelly needs to re-evaulate why she became a nurse. I am also contacting the medical board, per I have NEVER been treated so poorly at such a vunerable time in my life.... I will not be back.

She cares about her clients and she's always smiling.. i love her
