I would not recommend this business to anyone. Recently through a contractor, Florissant Glass took an order to replace a storm window on a house I was selling. The date of service was set for Friday August 23 by my contractor. I called to check on that date and the guy I spoke to kept yelling to someone else and leaving the call for minutes at a time. He repeatedly asked me the address and the name of my contractor and proceeded to deny they had any order at all though I was looking at a letter from this business--I had to read it to him. Then he said the person who signed it no longer worked there. He proceeded to dis my contractor and demanded to know what I had been charged, saying he was losing money. He pretty much refused to give me an installation date and when I asked to speak to someone in charge, he informed me he was the general manager. I wouldn't use Florissant Glass again under any circumstances: rude, unprofessional and insulting

I loved using this glass company everyone was polite and fun and made my experience wonderful. They knew what they were doing and were punctual and very efficient at what they did.
