Went in for an eyebrow wax. Tech asked how she did on the first eyebrow, I didn't like it. My eyebrows were completely full before going in, thus no reason why my eyebrow would not have any arch to it once it was waxed. Wanting to get it over with I told her to proceed to the next brow only for her to become aggressive, pushing my head around. I told her to stop, not even letting her finish the job due to her being so rude and rough. She then threw the tweezers and other items down and walked out. Not to mention she got wax in my eyelashes as well. I will never recommend this place nor spend my money here ever again. I did not become rude with these people and paid my money even though their service and attitude was beyond subpar. Good luck if you go after reading this review. You'll need it.

They did a HORRIBLE JOB! STAY AWAY FROM HERE! No one aplogized. I have glue everywhere I didnt even want to pay.

I went there and Vam did my nails. He did an awesome design on all my nails. It was $56 including eyebrows. I go back 2 weeks later and get same things and he charges $68. No way did I go back. Where's the set price? I was a good tipper too . i went back to my old salon less than $50 for eyebrows and nails.

This nail salon USED to be a good choice for my hand and foot grooming needs. Tony was my nail tech, but he is not there anymore. The ladies that did my pedicures and waxing (Wanda & Holly) are also gone. Van has been doing my nails of which I have had fungus growing under (2) of my nails as a result of his services. When this was brought to his attention his reply was "Oh (as if he couldn't see it there when he serviced me before) don't worry...it will grow out..." Also I had the WORST waxing job done by Teresa on my eyebrows-I had to correct her lousy job MYSELF at home. I am now on the search for a new shop and my advice is DON'T waste your time or money at this place.

There hours read open until 8pm. I got there at 7:30pm and they told me there boss said everyone could leave early and the refused to do my nails.



The shop is nice, but they wont be open long..... The did not have ONE customer and still turned me away.... Its sad those people arent required to learn basic customer service skills.

This salon is very nice, the employees very friendly.... there prices also seemed reasonable...... my MAIN ISSUES is that, I got a polish change on Saturday night at 7pm... Sunday morning 3 of my nails had polish chipping off... By Sunday I had to remove ALL the polish... I think they may have watered-down the polish too much.
