I have shopped at this Coach Outlet several times prior to yesterday (Oct 16, 2014). I have always found this store's employees to be rude, abrupt, and in-your-face...hard sell. Sooo, I shop at Dolphin Mall or Duval Street in Key West.
Had a Return 10/16 Around 10:30. The bag I was returning was brand new. ..tags attached; I did not take it out of the bag!! Nevertheless, the rude attitude I received prompted me to leave this factual review.
I was treated very...very unprofessionally. There were absolutely no other customers in the store, so we aren't talking about "busy rudeness."
I later called the Coach Outlet 800 #, and ordered the correct handbag, as the "bitchy" women at this store would not help me locate the specific bag I wanted. Customer svc treated me with respect, and apologized for FL city horrific behavior.

Awesome customer services. They were so helpful in store and when I placed a fax order. Love it!
