Provided by YP.comI have mixed feelings about Toys R Us in Florence. When you first come through the door, the staff is mainly friendly. But once you are inside browsing you see other store employees goofing off and when you ask them a question they laugh and "run" away. The store itself is great in selection of merchandise, just the staff needs to be friendlier.
