Provided by YP.comCalled for an inquiry and treated very rudely by staff. After I questioned their answer they hung up on me.
We are not sure what happened. If you could please call and give any details of your phone call to our office manager so she can talk to the staff member and resolve this issue in the future we would greatly appreciate it.

Provided by YP.comDr. S Shearer is terrific. Her operation is focused, efficient, and about as pain and fuss free as anyone would ever want. You will be in and out much quicker than you might anticipate, and the care received will be top notch! I heartily recommend her to anyone needing a dentist or who might not be completely satisfied with their current provider. She's A+ !

Provided by YP.comDr. Walden was quickly available to me last week when I had a severe toothache and related head/facial pain. It was a bad week for my teeth.....but Dr. W. fixed it right up on Friday morning when I couldn't take the pain anymore (it was hard to pinpoint at first). She did an urgent root canal and I had relief quickly that same hour and during the week-end felt better daily. She and her assistants are so kind and helpful. I recommend this team...Dr. Walden & Dr. Shearer....the best around!

Provided by YP.comI have been going to Dr. Shearer ever since I relocated to the area 5 years ago, and it's always a quick and easy process, between their online scheduling and e-mail reminders. In their office, I personally feel they use the latest technology to ensure I have a healthy smile for years to come!! On top of this, the staff is always super friendly and I have never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time!

Provided by YP.comCould not pull a tooth correctly , left with more pain then I arrived with then billed me for it.
We hope the issue was resolved during your post op appointment a few days after this review. We go over possible complications with every patient, but we understand how frustrating it can be when you are in pain. Regarding your balance, please call our office and someone would be happy to explain where the charge is coming from.
