My husband and I decided for our anniversary we would upgrade my ring. After a lot of thought and shopping around we landed an Hannoush. I was very very nervous my ring would be ruined. But Jay was absolutely amazing and was very reassuring and confident in what they can do for me. He helped us select an amazing diamond and after hours of looking at wraps I just couldn't let mine go. So he explained how he can expand my wrap, set the new diamond, repair and sturdy up the band, and set my original center diamond in a pendant. He promised it could be ready by our anniversays (1 week away).
Jay not only kept every word but when he said it would be beautiful and I would love it, he was right! My wedding ring is absolutely stunning!
As long as Jay is at Hannoush our family will be loyal Hannoush (Jay) customers. We have 4 daughters who all love jewelry so we will be seeing Jay for ALL our jewelry needs!

Where the jewelry in the store is very appealing to the eye, that is the only thing I can say for this store at this point. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here, which needed to be ordered. They promised it would be made and to us within a 4 week period, which was very important as he is in the Army and was leaving in 4 weeks and would not return for several months. The ring was NOT ready on time, as promised. Little contact was made to him or myself to keep us up to date on when the ring would be ready, or even to simply apologize for the time it was taking.



We finally did get the ring, he proposed, and we are happily engaged. Unfortunately, we remain unhappy with the services at Hannoush. A side diamond fell out of my engagement ring while they were cleaning it at the store. They took the ring to fix the missing stone and said it would take 4-6 weeks for repair. It has not been closer to 8 weeks and my ring is nowhere to be found. I have stopped in the store on 2 occasions and called 3 times, to no avail. They have promised returned phone calls and an update on when I can expect the ring to come back, but have not followed through. I am still waiting on my engagement ring to be returned to me.



I would absolutely not recommend this store simply because of the customer service and extreme time it takes to actually get the items you have fallen in love with and purchased.

Their prices aren't the greatest but excellent customer service from beautiful women.
