Provided by YP.comTold us one arrival date then on that day, gave us one almost 30 days out. No one in the store was willing to help or give us something comparable. Told us to call 888bestbuy and they can fo one day ship. Called them and guess what? That was a bold face lie from the gentleman at best buy. They cannot and cannot cancel that order. Been on hold withthe online part for 30.in waiting for a manager to see if they have more access to help. 6 TV'S and 6 playstations in this house. Tons of games and all from here. Looks like someone else will be getting our hefty buisness.

Provided by YPmobileDon't go there during the week if you want sales help. Twice we went and each time the sales people were too busy to answer questions. In short they suck! I was told they only had enough salespersons on the weekends.

Provided by YP.comI would never recommend anyone to go to ANY Best Buy let a lone this one. It all started when I bought my labtop. I went to pick it up the next day because they had to load things on to the system. I went back at 1:00 pm the next day and they told me it got fried so it will only take a couple of hours to do it over again. So I came back around 6:00pm that night to find out they couldn't find the computer or anything. At that point my husband said give us our money back we don't want your junk. They said what can we do to change your mind. My husband then said to give us money off the labtop. At that point the man gave us $100.00 off. On 08/06/10 a debit purchase for $42.39 from Best Buy showed up on my account. I called spoke with a Sam he said I had signed a paper saying they could automatically take money out of my account in six months if I didn't call to cancel my Trend Micro. So I was furious I told them i didn't remember doing this. He told me the money would be in my account in 3-4 business days. I called back on 08/12/10 spoke with a Jasmin she said the money would be back in my account in 5 days to 1 billing cycle. I told them that wasn't going to work someone else told me different so I asked to speak with her boss. I didn't write down his name just know that he was an African American male. He then told me it could take from 1 to 2 billing cycles. I told him he was the third person to tell me different and he needed to re-educate his staff b/c nobody knows what they are talking about and hung up. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!
